Virgin Mobile chooses to migrate with Redwood Systems
Redwood Systems Limited has beaten other major competitors
to secure a large contract with new client Virgin mobile , migrating data from their
legacy Billing and Provisioning systems to a new CRM application, ADC Singl.eView.
Virgin mobile continues its success against the current down trend within the
telecommunications industry and are implementing new Customer Care and Billing
systems to help maintain their lead on the competition by providing their customers
with excellent choice and flexibility.
The contract, which has recently commenced, consolidates Redwood's
position and credibility within the telecomms industry as a first class provider
of data migration services. A high quality migration of Virgin Mobile's 2 million
customer base is key to the successful implementation of this system
