In the year 2003, Redwood Systems successfully achieved Tick IT
status, showing our continuing commitment to quality, and our ability to show ourselves
specifically as an ISO9001:2000 software supplier as opposed to a generic supplier.
It is the policy of Redwood Systems to efficiently and

by striving for continuous improvement.
Disclaimers:
(i) Some of the work we do does not follow the ISO 9001:2000 standard, for example,
where a customer wishes our company to work under their supervision using their own
quality management system.
(ii) Whilst much of the work we do, does follow the ISO9001:2000 standard, not all
adheres to the TICKIT status. An example of this would be where we were meeting
a customer's requirements by simply providing a resource to the customer at
a required skill and capability. TICKIT requires conformity to a software lifecycle,
which in this case, we could not verify because the work was controlled by the customer.
