Working in partnership with a major constabulary, Redwood Systems Limited has developed and implemented a highly efficient and effective departmental solution, enabling the computerisation of warrants administration.

Developed as a client/server solution, the original application "Warrants" has now reached phase II in its development with the introduction of "iWarrants", which is platform independent, with access via a standard web browser.

Simplicity

The system has a simple to understand 'look and feel' with only three main menu items; 'Main Views', 'Parameters Menu' and 'Reports Menu'.

Force Specific

All the regional parameters, such as courts, types of warrants, names and addresses etc. are entered onto the system and accessed from drop down lists.

Ease of Retrieval

The flexibility of the search provides the means to retrieve names without the exact spelling.

Communication

Letters and faxes can be created within "iWarrants" and can be assigned to specific warrants, defendants, courts and other establishments.

Management Reporting

The management information from the system is one of its major features - all reports are selected, viewed and printed quickly and easily. Unique, force specific, reports are also available.
